SHIPPING, COSTS & DELIVERY

We aim to process & dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours after receipt of payment. We have a flat rate shipping fee of R70 per parcel to anywhere nationwide in South Africa (however, please note that we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses). Free shipping applies to orders of R500 or more, and our parcel packaging is 100% plastic-free of course!* Please allow 2 – 3 working days for your parcel to arrive once your order has been placed online.

 *If for some reason the courier company has delivered with any plastic whatsoever, please let us know immediately so we can rectify, as this should not happen.

Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt & should be retained for your records. This email will contain an order number, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping & billing details as provided by the purchaser.

A tracking number will also be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel on the courier company’s website. A physical address & contact number is always required for all orders placed online.

A signature will be requested upon delivery, so we suggest providing an address where someone will be able to sign between 09:00 – 17:00. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left with someone who will be required to sign.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally just yet but we are working towards making this a reality. Check back soon!

FAILED DELIVERY

Should the courier company not be able to complete a delivery at the address specified by the purchaser, either due to an incorrect delivery address or unavailability of the purchaser or assigned persons to accept the parcel within regular delivery times, the purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

If we sent the wrong item/s to you by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@bebarelife.com. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

If you received damaged products, save all contents & parcel packaging material and notify us within 7 days of receipt at: info@bebarelife.com. Please provide your order number & a photo of the damaged product/s & shipping materials so we may correct this as swiftly as possible.

If your order has failed to arrive within 2 – 3 working days, please inform us. Any claim not made in writing within a period of 7 days from the date of communicated delivery shall be deemed to have been waived & shall lapse.

Failure to contact us within 7 days to report any issues relating to incorrect, damaged or lost goods voids any responsibility we may have had. 

RETURNS POLICY

We only accept returns for reasons of a defective or damaged product, not due to a change of mind. This is due to the environmental impact of reverse shipping & sanitary reasons. We ask that our customers use what they have, buy what they need & ask questions before placing orders. We strongly encourage you to read our product descriptions, ingredients & care instructions thoroughly & to make well-educated purchasing decisions. We do not accept returns of sale items.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If an online order has already been processed, then cancelling the order will not be possible.

If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 24 hours by email. The order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand & cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Be.bare reserves the right not to ship & to cancel an order for any reason.
